Day of Appointment Guide

At NhiBrows, we want your permanent makeup experience to be as smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible. To help you prepare, please review this guide for the day of your appointment.

What to Bring

  • Photo ID – For verification and consent forms.
  • Payment Method – Remaining balance of your service is due at the end of your appointment.
  • Glasses (if applicable) – For eyeliner procedures, please avoid wearing contact lenses.
  • Comfort Items – You may bring headphones, a light sweater, or anything to help you feel at ease during your procedure.

How to Arrive

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
  • Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, creams, and lotions on the treatment area.
  • For lip blush clients: gently exfoliate and moisturize lips the night before to ensure smooth application.
  • For brow clients: avoid filling in brows with makeup the morning of your appointment.

During the Appointment

  1. Consultation & Design
    • We’ll begin with a personalized consultation to confirm your desired style, shape, and color.
    • Detailed brow mapping or lip/eye outlining ensures perfect symmetry and balance.
  2. Numbing Application
    • A topical anesthetic is applied to maximize comfort during the procedure.
  3. The Procedure
    • Your artist will carefully apply pigment using advanced PMU techniques (Ombre, Nano Hairstrokes, Combination, Lip Blush, or Eyeliner).
    • You may feel slight pressure or scratching, but the process is generally well-tolerated.
  4. Review & Refinement
    • Once complete, we’ll review your results together and make any minor adjustments needed.
  5. Aftercare Guidance
    • You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions and a take-home kit (if included) to support proper healing.

How Long Will It Take?

  • Most appointments last 2–3 hours, depending on the service.
  • Please plan your schedule accordingly to allow enough time for your full treatment and consultation.

Important Reminders

  • Eat a light meal beforehand to maintain your energy.
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or pain relievers on the day of your appointment.
  • Please do not bring extra guests or children—our studio is a professional, quiet environment to ensure you and others enjoy a stress-free experience.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule.

After Your Appointment

  • Expect the treated area to appear darker or more intense immediately after. This will soften as it heals.
  • Minor swelling, redness, or tenderness is normal and will subside within a few days.
  • A touch-up session (usually at 6–8 weeks) is essential to perfect and finalize your results.

✨ Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. By following this guide, you’ll be fully prepared for a smooth, relaxing, and successful appointment at NhiBrows.
