Booking Policy

At NhiBrows, we are committed to providing each client with a personalized, luxury experience. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and the highest level of service, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our booking policies below.


Deposit Requirement

  • non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointments cannot be held without a deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • If notice is given within the required timeframe, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (one-time transfer only).
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
  • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

  • The remaining balance of your service is due at the end of your appointment.
  • We accept all major forms of payment (please specify here if you accept cash, card, or specific apps).
  • Deposits cannot be transferred between clients or services.
