At NhiBrows, we are committed to providing each client with a personalized, luxury experience. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and the highest level of service, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our booking policies below.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Appointments cannot be held without a deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
If notice is given within the required timeframe, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (one-time transfer only).
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
The remaining balance of your service is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept all major forms of payment (please specify here if you accept cash, card, or specific apps).
Deposits cannot be transferred between clients or services.
